The Staging Fashionista Blog: A Crabby Little Thing

A Crabby Little Thing

I made this bathroom memorable by adding a crabby little thing.  Can you just see it when the buyers pull back the shower curtain and they see this little towel origami hermit crab!  Definitely will get some kind of reaction and will make this home memorable! Crabby Home Staging Everyone!

Mannie,

That is awesome!  What a great way to make a home stand out.  Have you done anything else similar?

Hi Christine - yes I've done many to include, a snail (my fave that actually sold the house), a swan, a monkey, a dog, a turtle, a rose and many more.  You can check out my website for all my origami pieces or check out my blogs here on active rain where I posted articles about all of my designs.  Thanx for stopping to check it out!

Your blog inspired to me to actually PURCHASE a towel origami book!  I love your designs; they are a perfect way to add personality to your staging.

I can hear a potential homebuyer say, "Oh, that was the house with the cute hermit crab in the shower!"  Makes the home very memorable, and brands your services as well!

Creative and great idea!

That is so cute and yes it a very good way to brand your staging. I am going to check and see if I can find the book that Kathleen was talking about. Just hope I can actually do one when I get the instructions !!!
